Our biggest tip right now? USE YOUR MAKEUP LESSONS!

If you’ve missed classes this term, now is the time to make them up. Come an extra day where you can, get those extra reps in and give yourself the best chance of being ready.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be knuckling down on grading content, working through stripes and confirming who is ready to grade.

School Grading for Juniors and above. There will be no regular classes on this day.

October Long Weekend. Academy closed, no classes.

That’s what we get to watch happen in our Junior classes every week.

They try. Sometimes they get it wrong. They receive feedback. They practise again. They earn stripes. They grade. And little by little, they have actual proof of how much they’re capable of.

That’s the kind of confidence we want them carrying into school, friendships and every challenge that comes after martial arts.

At Adapt, our classes are highly structured and intentionally designed around progress. We want the lessons your child learns on the mats to follow them into everyday life.
