Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc The Club is a family-based four-wheel drive club in Wollongong, NSW, catering to all tastes and skill levels.

We hold club meetings at 7.30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (except January) at The Illawarra Yacht Club Warrawong.

Our Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip is now complete. What a magical trip, so many highlights, so many wonderful memories with friends you trust with out question. Many more pictures to share over the coming weeks. A huge thank you to all our trip leaders for your expertise and experience in making sure we were always on track and in camp for Happy Hour 😃. If you want to enjoy exploring the best of Australia with people you can rely on, joining a registered 4wd Club would be the best step forward in making it happen.

Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip day 12. Early morning start to complete the three tracks on our itinerary, Chinaman and Pella Track lots of sandy sections and a good variety of sand dunes to make it interesting. Once on the Milmed Rock Track the sandy sections and dunes increased. Great drive and into camp at Big Billy's Bore Campground by 3.30 pm for camp set up and happy hour. Our mileagemaster winner announced, now time for dinner before campfire chat. Another superb day.

After a rest day at Red Bluff campground, we made the shortish drive to Stockmans campground in the Big Desert State Forest. Very spoilt with new toilets, water on tap, gas BBQ's and a happy hour shelter and the best part no fees. Tomorrow we head off along Chinaman Well Track, Pella Track, Milmed Rock Track and camping at Big Billy's Bore Campground, around 175 ks, so a earlier start tomorrow. Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip not disappointing, good 4wdriving great company and lifetime memories. If you are enjoying our trip via our social media posts, just think how much better the experience would be if you were in the posts. If you are lucky enough to own a 4wd, join a club and get out and use it.

A quick update on the Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip, we officially finished our run down the the Boarder Track. Fantastic days with wonderful company. Weather is cool but dry and clear skies. Rest day tomorrow to explore Red Bluff.

Sorry for the Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip slow updates, some times fun gets in the way. 2 days on the Boarder Track and 1 to go, fantastic 4wd tracks that keeps on giving, from tight winding tracks to open desert landscapes. Some very rutted tracks and soft sandy climbs. But best of all is being able to experience it with such a wonderful group of people. Joining a 4wd club is just the best decision you can make.

A relaxing day on the Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset trip, grocery restocking and a little sightseeing, before a scrumptious lunch at the Overland Corner Hotel. Back at camp, we celebrated a special birthday, but that needs to stay a secret 🫢.

Another fantastic Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset day, very cool start to the day at Shearers Quarters, but warmed to beautiful clear skies 25*. Exploring bush tracks along the Lindsay River and the Might Murray River. Thanks to the awesome track notes from the Wagga Wagga 4WDrive Club Inc we found MacCabe Corner without issue or a single U turn, then on to the Boarder Track to the White Stone Cairn, then to our accommodation at Renmark. Getting ready for Happy Hour and find out mileage master for today, before a Pub dinner. Big thank to today's trip leaders Barry and Joanne for the perfect day

Day 3 of the Black Diamond Recreational 4wd Club Inc 2 Deserts and a Sunset, another fantastic day exploring the Murray Sunset, and now camped at Shearers Quarters campground. Talk about spoilt, hot showers and flushing toilets 😄.
