I'm in Japan and found these lovely people in the park next to Nagoya Castle, they taught me the Japanese version of 24 form. We told you 24 form will take you anywhere!
A short video (kindly taken by Jenn, thanks!) of today's Tai Chi in the Wollongong Botanic Garden.

What a stunning day for Tai Chi in our beautiful Botanic Gardens. We had 50 people in our class listening to the birds as we did our Tai Chi under the turpentine trees, and it was a delight. Thank you everyone who came and joined in and a big thankyou to Wollongong Botanic Garden for inviting us to share in National Botanic Garden week.
We loved it.
Thank you also to Sue for these photos.
