Shinja-Kai Karate was established in 1992 by senior instructor Terry Warke, 6th Dan
We are a family friendly school, that teaches a traditional karate style, based on strikes, blocks, throws, locks etc.

At Shinja-Karate we teach how to use all parts of the body, as well as locks, joint holds, throws and exercising the body. Come and give it a try. First lesson is FREE!
