SKIN is a space to shed old stories, soften layers, and reconnect with your senses through intuitive movement and immersive sound healing. Let your body guide you, release what no longer serves, and step into gratitude and love for the skin you’re in.

This session is inspired by air & renewal — breathe, move, release, and emerge feeling lighter, grounded, and fully present.

No steps, no choreography — just your body, your rhythm, and the healing power of sound. 🎶

Then sink into deep meditative stillness as sound healing becomes your container — allowing movement to land, emotions to settle, and insights to integrate on a cellular level.
