This is a close up of the main D-bag grommet with the bridle passing through.

When a grommet is set properly you should not be able to get your finger nail underneath much less see any of the spur washer teeth!

This was found during a reserve inspection this week. We do not inspect just your reserve but ALL the components of the system so please leave everything attached when you bring it in.

This is the sort of thing that if not picked can result in the grommet separating from the bag itself.

When that happens - your bridle extends - your PC collapses - and you now have a big mess flapping around behind you while you think about the next steps.

Another custom rig going to a very happy customer.

They came and hung out on Friday while we assembled their new Vector and got to answer some gear related questions for them as well.
