Adult fitness,

Competitive The Academy is an affiliated member of Gymnastics Queensland and Gymnastics Australia and complies with the standards of coaching, safety and ethics enacted by both bodies. Our classes emphasise fitness, progressive skills development, safety, fun and enjoyment in a friendly atmosphere.

🌸 Spring Holiday Fun at SCGA – Camps & Classes Now Open!

Looking for a fun, active, and exciting way to keep the kids entertained these Spring School Holidays?

Join us at Sunshine Coast Gymnastics Academy for our action-packed Spring Holiday Camps and Beginner Gymnastics Holiday Classes!

🤸‍♀️ SPRING HOLIDAY CAMPS

Our popular holiday camps are back and packed with:

✅ Gymnastics activities
✅ Games and challenges
✅ Creative craft activities
✅ New friends and lots of fun!

Suitable for children aged 5½ to 12 years.

Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Cost: $50 per day

Camp Dates:

🌸 Thursday 24th September
🌸 Monday 28th September

Please bring your own morning tea, lunch, and water bottle.

⭐ BEGINNER GYMNASTICS HOLIDAY CLASSES

Perfect for children wanting to try gymnastics or continue developing their skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Cost: From $25
Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm

Get ready for an unforgettable night of music, dancing, games, and fun with your gymnastics friends at our SCGA Disco Night! 🎉✨

Join us on Wednesday, 23rd September, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Sunshine Coast Gymnastics Academy for an exciting evening packed with entertainment, laughter, and plenty of disco vibes.

What’s Included?

🎵 DJ and disco lights
💃 Dance competitions
🎯 Fun games and challenges
🏆 Prizes and giveaways
🍕 Pizza and a drink included
🤸 Time to hang out with your gymnastics friends

Dress to Impress!

We encourage everyone to wear their brightest disco outfit, neon colours, sparkles, or favourite dress-up gear. There will be prizes up for grabs, so get creative and shine on the dance floor! ✨
