Meet Yasmin
Yasmin is a Gold Coast local who has been immersed in Pilates for the past two years — though with family connections to Pilates, it’s fair to say it’s in her bloodline. The Mat Studio is where she truly shines, bringing energy, precision, and passion to every class.
✨ Her favourite move? Side-lying work. Yasmin loves helping clients fire up their glutes, thighs, hips and obliques — those deceptively simple moves that transform with the right instruction and alignment.
💡 Something you might not know: Yasmin is also working on a clothing label with her close friend, a project that lets her creativity flow beyond the studio.
💚 What I love most about Yasmin is her positivity and can-do attitude. She makes newcomers feel instantly comfortable, and her encouragement inspires our regulars to keep growing in their practice.

Before kids, I loved yoga. But after 15 years, Pilates became the hype, so I wanted to see what it was all about. I joined a studio with 16 reformers, the instructor on a headpiece mic, and I showed up 5 days a week.
I felt stronger… but I didn’t see real change in my body. And honestly? I felt like just another number in the room.
So here I am now — owner and client of SWAY. I created Return to Fitness (RTF) for people like me: small groups, supportive instructors, and a program that slows things down so you can actually learn the foundations and see change in your body.
With Intro to Mat + Intro to Reformer each week, RTF sets you up to move into our Essentials classes with confidence — or repeat RTF for another 4 weeks if you’d like more time.
Your instructor will guide you along the way, and together you’ll decide when it’s the right time to progress. RTF is the starting point I wish I had. And now it’s here for you. Ready to begin?
