Orange belts!!!
Leo,Mason,Lucas and Millie 🔥
These 4 cousins are all on there martial arts journey together and hit another milestone. Orange belt shows they have been with us for over a year now and can do not only do the basics well but can do them consistently. With a big crowd watching the determination to earn that belt out weighed the nerves and 4 proud orange belts emerged 🔥👊

Making us do extra push-ups, getting us all the time in sparring and not being able to land a good shot on him...

Martial Arts is a complex sport, for women its understandable to be hesitant about joining and that's for a number of reasons...
But there is the right space for everyone and in the right environment youll thrive.
This is why we've asked the women in our club if they can share with us their point of view, thoughts and feedback.
Hoping that the women who see these posts feel they can relate, feel a sense a ease and bring them comfort in starting something they have had preconceptions about.
