Over the past few months Iβve been testing out 32Gi products myself. I bought the sample pack first, because I wonβt ever push something I don't personally use and recommend.

Another Wrdnesday night interval session. So good to see so many people coming down to enjoy the run and the social. The chats last way longer than the run.... see you next Wednesday?
Apparently the secret to a massive turnout is running intervals in the dark β nothing motivates people like not being able to see how far they still have to go ππ

A great evening to come down and burn off those humpday blues :) All go for a 6.55pm warm up, quick photo, then on to the session. Tonites session for those of you that may want to program it in yourselves is ...
warm up
2 x 90s effort - 90s recovery
2 x 60s effort - 60s recovery
4 x 30s effort - 30s recovery
6 x 15s effort - 15s recovery.
The aim if this session is to start reasonably fast, then try and get quicker as the reps get shorter. As usual, use the recovery to really get your breath back and make sure the efforts are consistent, or quicker.
We always go ahead if there is just light rain, but if there is lightening or hail on the immediate radar we do, so please keep an eye on the page as we will always post if plans change. Look forward to seeing you tonite.π

There are a few groups that you can join in with as I do find it so much easier to train with others. The bigger the group the more fun it makes training for a commom goal.

Hey all, just an update on kids coaching for the rest of the year. Unfortunately, with work and life balance commitments we are going to have to take a break for a while, until life settles down.
It is not an easy decision, or one we have taken lightly, but we both just need a break for a while.
Monday and Wednesday sessions will continue for the adults for now, but Tuesday afternoon sessions will be on a break.

Hi crew ... we're going to make the call early this week - coaching team have a few things on and there's a high chance it's going to be damp ;)
So ... no kids' training Tuesday 7 November! Hopefully back next week π
