If you want to improve your physical and mental fitness while having loads of fun, then this is for you. 💃
You don't need previous dance experience, to wear special clothes or have a partner and you definitely don't need to be Scottish.
All ages & genders are welcome. 🕺

Scottish Social Dancing is an exciting activity where you'll be dancing in groups of six or eight people to the sounds of exhilarating traditional Scottish music. 🎶
The dances can be slow and elegant or fast and lively, so there's something for everyone.

The Beginners Course runs for 5 weeks and on the last night we'll celebrate with a Ceilidh (a traditional Scottish party).
