Calling all Little Stars and All Stars...
Week 10 is Pyjama Dress Up!! 🛏️🧸
Aligning with our little stars theme, we invite you to dress up in your pyjamas for gymnastics during week 10.
Due to check in week also running in week 10, all recreational classes should wear regular gymnastics clothing.
We hope to see all of our Little Stars and All Stars gymnasts dressing up. 🤍

Week 10 is check in week here at BK's Gymnastics Gosford 🤸
What is check in week?
Check in week is an important week where our recreational gymnasts are assessed on a variety of skills selected for their level. With 1-2 skills on the four main apparatus, bars, beam, vault and floor, the assessment will allow each gymnast to show off their amazing skills with the hopes to move into the next level.
Skills will be practiced and perfected during regular classes prior to week 10. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our friendly coaches after class 🙂

Each level has a set of skills to be assessed, let's take a look at what Gym Fundamentals 1 are working towards:
Vault: Backwards straight jump from a 60cm height
Beam: 3 second releve hold and 4 forwards walks on flat feet
Floor: 1/4 handstand and moving from front support to rear support
Bars: Forwards roll to tuck hang
