Three teams made it through to the Semi Finals, and two have now earned their spot in the Grand Final! 🏆

🏆 JUNIORS | GRAND FINAL RESULTS 🏆

What a weekend for our Junior Emus! ❤️🖤

Three teams stepped onto the Grand Final stage and every single one of them gave it everything they had. The effort, determination and team spirit shown by these players was something to be incredibly proud of. 👏

⚽ U12D | 0–2 LOSS

Getting in and giving it their all, the team pulled together to shut down Mountains’ attacking plays time and time again.

Going into half time 1–0 down, they came out ready to fight. They dug deep to keep Mountains out while pushing forward and applying pressure of their own. The chances were there, but unfortunately they couldn’t find the back of the net before Mountains secured their second.

A fantastic effort from the team and an amazing season from a bunch of legends. ❤️

Huge congratulations to Ben, Clint and the U12D team on a brilliant season! 👏

⚽ U13B | 2–4 LOSS

Heading into the Grand Final with a couple of injuries, the team had to adjust — and they did exactly that.

They pushed from one end of the field to the other, working together and putting Kincumber under pressure. Keeping the score at 0–0 at half time, the Emus recharged, reassessed and came out even stronger.

Both teams battled hard until the final whistle, with the game going to extra time. With neither side able to find that golden goal, it came down to a penalty shootout.

It’s a tough way to finish a Grand Final, but these boys showed grace, resilience and plenty of fight. They should be incredibly proud of what they achieved. ❤️🖤

Congratulations to Ryan, Bec, Kane and the boys on a wonderful season and for never giving up! 👏

⚽ U15B | 5–4 WIN ON PENS!!! 🏆🔥

WHAT. A. GAME! 😱

Taking on a quick and strong opposition, the boys went out there with one thing in mind — THE WIN!

They moved the ball, made the tackles count and pushed their attack at every opportunity, showing exactly why they earned their place in the Grand Final.

It was 0–0 at half time, with both teams coming out hungry in the second half. Wyong created chances, fought for every ball and kept pushing, but neither side could find the back of the net.

So... PENALTY SHOOTOUT! 😱

Starting strong, it was locked at 4–4 before things got tense. And then our keeper Van stepped up HUGE! 🧤🔥

Quality saves kept the Emus in it before our 9th player calmly buried the winning penalty to seal a 5–4 victory! 🏆❤️🖤

Absolute scenes! What a finish for this hardworking bunch of lads.

Congratulations to Brendan, Kane and the U15B boys on an incredible Grand Final win! 🏆👏

To all three teams — you made your club proud. ❤️🖤

The results may be different, but the effort, determination and pride were the same. What a season for our Junior Emus!

And a massive thank you to the families that support these teams, get them to training, games, wash those muddy uniforms, smelly boots and the post game replays - you play a huge part in this journey too.

👉Please take note that if your game is highlighted we require you to pack up the field after your game. When you pack up either field 1A or 2A, PLEASE leave the straps attached to the nets.

👉We would also like to remind Coaches & Managers that if you have a home game: can you please organise at least 1 or 2 parent volunteers and/or players, to help in the canteen/bbq for 30 min before your game. Attached to this post is also a canteen duty list for your viewing.

There will also be a printed draw for this coming weekend’s games available for viewing on Tuesday and Thursday at the club’s canteen if you have any doubts.

However fixtures are subject to change, so please keep in mind how important it is to check your My Comp App on game day or contact your coaches and managers for further updates.

Wyong Emus Football Club is calling for Expressions of Interest for Head Coach of our Men's Division 1 squad for the 2027 season.
Since 1965, the Emus have built a proud history in Central Coast football. With a passionate supporter base, a hardworking committee, and an exciting group of talented players coming through our junior ranks, the club is entering an exciting new chapter.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The ideal candidate:
⚽ Has senior coaching experience and/or significant senior playing experience.
⚽ Can inspire, develop and lead a competitive squad on and off the field.
⚽ Is committed to two training sessions each week and weekend match days.
⚽ Will assist with player recruitment and squad building.
⚽ Can work closely with club officials and fellow coaches to build long-term success.
⚽ Has confidence in team selection, player management and game-day leadership.
⚽ Is an outstanding communicator who earns the respect of players.
⚽ Can provide constructive feedback and develop players individually and as a team.
⚽ Will foster a positive, united team culture.

⚽U11 TOURNAMENT ⚽

Our U11s have had their first taste of competitive football at the U11 Tournament, and what an experience it’s been! ❤️🖤

They’ve taken on the challenge, learnt plenty, worked hard and represented the Emus with plenty of pride, teamwork and determination.

👏 A huge well done to all our players and coaches for a fantastic tournament!

📍 Head down to Pluim Park this Saturday as our U11s take to the field for their final games of the season!
