📣 CFF Shout-Out goes to Haylee Manze for achieving 3rd place in the CrossFit Community Cup, for her age division and athlete level.... WORLDWIDE! 🔥🙌

Haylee is fairly new to CrossFit and the sport of. This is a huge testament to her hard work and dedication.

We had a great time celebrating as a community with games, challenges and quizzes, followed by our famous CFF cook up!

12 year's have going by so quickly. Thank you to all those who have been a part of our community over the years and making CFF what it is today. 🙌

But some things never change. Same place, same standards, same commitment to delivering excellence!

We continue to strive forward, helping other and Advancing Human Performance. Our dedication and passion remain at the core of everything we do, ensuring we consistently deliver for our member's.
