Hey guys, no more Sunday group sessions anymore. Lack of numbers and interest has forced me to take back my Sundays to veg out and have my own workouts haha

Group session cancelled due to lack of numbers. I won't be able to afford to keep hiring the space we use if people don't start coming week to week. It's my only day off and I use it to run a group fitness session for anyone and everyone who is interested. It's more for your benefit than mine. So take advantage of it while it's cheap and on offer because next week it may be gone for good. Thanks peeps
