It has been great to see players getting back into the nets and preparing for the 2026–27 season.

New and returning players are always welcome, so come along and join us:

🏏 Sundays from 3.00 pm

Whether you’re an experienced player, returning to cricket or looking to give it a go for the first time, we’d love to see you there!

Come along this Sunday for the Yankalilla Cricket Club's Come & Try / Registration Day.

Club committee members and coaches will be at the club's brand new nets from 2 pm answering any questions that you may have about the upcoming season!

Seniors from 3 pm

📌 Yankalilla Cricket Club Policies & Procedures

At our Annual General Meeting on the 22nd of July 2026, the Yankalilla Cricket Club formally endorsed and adopted the relevant Australian Cricket and South Australian Cricket Association policies, procedures and codes.

These documents support our commitment to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all players, families, volunteers, officials and supporters.

They include information relating to:

• safeguarding children and young people
• expected standards of behaviour
• member and affiliate protection
• reporting and resolving complaints
• tribunal and appeal procedures

We encourage everyone involved with the club to familiarise themselves with these important documents.

A huge thank you to Bricey, Damo, Jay, Jimmy, Patty O and Clarky for coming along to help remove the pitch cover in preparation for the 2026–27 season!

We’re not sure whether the cover is getting heavier every year or whether we’re all just getting older—but either way, the extra hands were greatly appreciated!

A special shout-out to Travis Bartlett for supplying the tractor through Travis Bartlett Contracting & Mechanics.
