If you didn’t know, two of our men’s teams have made it to finals!

We’ve got an exciting weekend ahead ‼️ this Saturday is a game at Bundoora, we’ll be there, cheering our boys on and selling baked goods and drinks. Come support and scream your hearts out. Let’s give our Redbacks/teckers the love and support they deserve.

Round 16–17 is dedicated to Men’s Mental Health 💙

On Wednesday, we wore blue to show our support and commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. Together, we stand in support of those who may be struggling and encourage everyone to reach out for help when they need it.

We also took part in a guided meditation session. A simple but powerful tool to support mental wellbeing by focusing on our breathing and activating the body’s “rest and recover” response.

Some of the men in our club also shared what helps them look after their mental health, what makes them feel supported, and what gets them through difficult times. We know these conversations aren’t always easy, but no one should have to face them alone.

As this is also a medal round, let’s continue to support one another, play with respect and fairness, and remember that the way we treat ourselves and those around us can make a real difference.

Round 13 recap 🙌

Signing off July with a bit of pub golf, iconically the hosts didn’t make it to the last venue but thank you to those who participated. Winners and prizes are yet to be announced but in the meantime, here’s some sick memories of the night !❤️🕷️⛳️

Congratulations to Matt Iaria, Caelli Del Grosso, Will Kenny and Vin Mahawar for your outstanding effort, teamwork and commitment. We hope your hard work and dedication continue to inspire those around you.
