It was not our day at Rocky Cricket Grounds, with all three of our teams going down in their Grand Finals. 💔

But what a season it has been, and what an achievement to have three teams competing on Grand Final day. We couldn’t be prouder of our U13s, U16 Girls and U17s. ❤️🤍

A huge thank you to all our players, coaches, families, volunteers and supporters for today and throughout the entire 2026 season. 🦢

Now we look forward to celebrating all four of our youth teams at our Youth Presentation Day!

🔥 SENIOR PRELIM FINALS RESULTS 🔥

What a day for our Senior teams! ❤️🤍

Our Reserves got us off to a cracking start with a convincing win over the Panthers, booking their place in next Saturday’s Grand Final against BITS. 🏆

Our Women’s season has unfortunately come to an end, going down in a game that could have gone either way. They fought right to the final siren and can be incredibly proud of the way they battled throughout the game and the season. ❤️🤍

And then there was our A Grade! 🔥 After an intense three quarters against Glenmore, our boys came together when it mattered, producing a huge final quarter to come from behind and secure a three-goal victory.

That win gives them the opportunity to chase a 12th straight A Grade premiership next Saturday against BITS. 🤯🏆

But first… tomorrow is all about our Swans youth! 🦢

Our U13s, U16 Girls and U17s are all chasing their own piece of premiership glory in their Grand Finals.

Tomorrow, Rocky Cricket Grounds becomes the home of Grand Final football, and our young Swans are ready to take flight! 🔥

After an incredible season, our U13s, U16 Girls and U17s have all earned their place on the biggest stage.

Three very different journeys. Three teams who have worked incredibly hard. And now, three chances to bring home a premiership! 🏆🏆🏆

Our U13s and U16 Girls head into their Grand Finals as Minor Premiers, while our U17s are chasing an incredible third straight premiership.

And while not every player will take the field tomorrow, every player who has pulled on the red and white this season has played a part in getting these teams to this moment. ❤️🤍

Grand Final day is about more than the players on the field. It’s about the families, coaches, volunteers, supporters and everyone who has been part of the journey.
