Don’t train harder — train smarter! 💪
One of the biggest mistakes in martial arts is trying to rush through techniques.
Instead:
🥋 Focus on your technique – Get the movement right before adding speed.
🎯 Stay controlled – Quality repetitions build better habits.
🧠 Pay attention – Listen to your instructor and understand why you’re doing the technique.
🔁 Repeat, repeat, repeat – Consistency is what turns a technique into a skill.
💪 Challenge yourself – Progress comes from pushing just outside your comfort zone.
