❤️ With so many messages and posts circulating about the closure of F45 Palmerston, I felt it was important that this came directly from me.
After two years of owning this studio, F45 Palmerston will officially close its doors on Saturday, 19th September.
This decision was not made lightly. Increased rent, the rising costs of running the studio, and the reality of working two full-time jobs just to keep everything going has meant that, after two years of running on empty, I’ve had to make one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.
When I bought this studio, I genuinely thought I would own it until I retired. Saying goodbye was never part of the plan. But sometimes, no matter how much heart, time and energy you give something, when the circumstances continue to stack up against you, you have to accept that the path forward looks different to the one you imagined.
What makes this so incredibly hard is the people.
This was never just a gym. It became a community filled with some of the most incredible, supportive and genuine people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. I have watched friendships form, confidence grow, lives change, people achieve things they never thought possible and a group of strangers become something that genuinely felt like family.
To every member who walked through our doors, every coach who gave their heart to this place, and every person who supported us along the way — thank you. You have impacted my life more than you will ever know.
And to whichever gyms and communities are blessed enough to welcome our members next — please know you are gaining some truly incredible humans. Look after them, because they are something very special. ❤️
I may be closing the doors to F45 Palmerston, but I will never forget the chapter we created inside them.
