By the fourth match, the team displayed much stronger chemistry and collective understanding of the playing model. The players were more comfortable recognizing and executing established patterns of play. The team showed a better synchronization between lines and greater composure under pressure.
The understanding between players allowed the team to control larger periods of the game and maintain a more consistent rhythm in possession. This tactical maturity provided a solid foundation for another strong performance.

The FIFA Academy U14 group continued their preparation with another training day focused on learning, growth, and understanding the game.
The day ended with a 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 of the Champions League match between Bayern München and Paris Saint-Germain, helping the players recognize playing patterns, tactical shapes, and key moments within the game.

Last week, our AVB U15 Girls played a practice match against ASA (Aruba Soccer Academy) as part of their development pathway toward the 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗳 𝗨𝟭𝟲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳.
Matches like these give our young players valuable experience, helping them grow as individuals and continue building together as a team.

In the third match, the team began to fully understand the tactical concepts and patterns of play being implemented. Ball movement became quicker and more purposeful, allowing the team to create more attacking opportunities through positional play and combination passing. Our players showed increased confidence in building from the back and more coordinated attacking runs in final third, leading to a positive overall result and performance.

The second match showed clear improvement both tactically and mentally. The team demonstrated greater confidence in possession and better defensive organization. Against Britannia, the players executed the game plan with greater discipline and intensity.

We had a better understanding between our defensive and midfield units. Offensively, we improved by using the width of the pitch to stretch the opponent defensively.
The result reflected the team’s growth and ability to compete against strong opposition. The players displayed determination and tactical discipline throughout the match.

The first match for our FIFA Talent Academy boys presented a significant challenge against a highly organized and technically balanced team. Our players struggled initially with the speed of play, defensive compactness, and decision-making under pressure.

The opposition controlled possession effectively and exploited spaces between our defensive and midfield lines. Slow ball circulation and delayed defensive transitions, were highlighted as important learning moments.
Despite the result, the match served as an important benchmark for the team. The players showed resilience and gained valuable experience competing against a high-level opposition.
