OPERATIONS COORDINATOR: Leading daily logistics, staff coordination, and front-of-house flow to ensure peak operational standards.
PIT CREW MEMBER: Managing track safety, guest briefings, and high-tempo race coordination.
📋 CRITERIA:
Applicants must be Ages 23+ with a Valid Working Permit.
Strong interpersonal skills with a social, outgoing demeanor.
Ability to work a flexible schedule tailored to hospitality/entertainment hours.
Professional fluency in English (Spanish capability is highly valued).
Valid Driver’s License is a plus.

Currently, Aruba’s karting drivers, Amaro Maduro, Joal Maduro, and Haguen Orman, are competing in the SWS Go-Karting Ultimate Battle at the 2026 SWS International Finals, which is taking place on the famous Le Mans track in France.
We may recall how a few weeks ago, Bushiri Karting Speedway hosted the 2026 Aruba Regional Cup, where several drivers from around the world came specifically to Aruba seeking their qualification for the 2026 SWS International Finals race, where Aruba’s Joal Maduro triumphed greatly. It is worth adding that Haguen Orman and Amaro Maduro had already qualified in previous events for the 2026 SWS International Finals.
Today, Wednesday, the race takes place in Le Mans, France, where our representatives will defend the good name of our flag. Wishing great success to Joal, Amaro, and Haguen!
