Hitting you up from Venice beach to talk about Shame 🫠

It can creep up sometimes and bite us in the butt totally uncalled for 😖. Anyone else been shame bubbling and spiralling?

Here’s what I know about shame:

1. It grows in secret and it dies in safe spaces. So call a friend and say it out loud.
2. That critical voice in your head isn’t yours. It was handed to you by someone else.
3. A lot of the shame you’re carrying isn’t yours either. It belongs to the person who gave it to you.

Speaking it out loud is healing in itself. If you’re carrying something today, tell one safe person. 💛

And, lastly we are just human not perfect. It is just okay to f**k up.

The petition calls for gynaecological conditions to be explicitly recognised in the Equality Act 2010 Guidance as impairments with fluctuating or recurring effects, helping to ensure protection and support in the workplace.

Conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMOS, PMDD, fibroids, pelvic congestion syndrome, vulvodynia, premature ovarian insufficiency, hydrosalpinx and menopause.

A Narc will always make themselves the victim. It’s one of their most powerful manipulation tactics, and if you don’t know what you’re looking at, you’ll fall for it every single time. Especially the Empaths, you gotta be careful, my love FRFR. They are playing you.

August was mind-busy, laptop-tappy, and brain-frazzled, mostly!! Had to be still in areas whilst I figure out how I can have it all and balance everything! That's okay, sometimes it's needed! I paused a minute to adapt to the plot twist.

I can have it all; I feel very blessed and very grateful! I love God and God loves me. Faithing it through EVERYTHINGGGGG. Always 🙏🏽💫✨
