Hey, I’m Nina 👋🏽

Great to have you here on my page.

You’re probably here because you’ve been in some kind of sh*tty love hell. Don’t worry, I got you. I’ve been there too.

Once upon a time I was the girl who loved too much, gave too much and lost herself completely in the process.

I grew up with a narcissistic father. I married a covert Narc. Then I dated another overt Narc just like my dad.

I did not see the pattern until it nearly broke me.

Rock bottom was on my knees asking God to help me stop feeling so broken inside.

That was the moment everything changed.

I studied everything. Psychology, trauma healing, somatic work, nervous system regulation. I completed my MSc in Psychology, trained as a certified Love and Relationship Coach and became a certified Narcissistic Recovery Coach.

But my own lived experience shaped me the most.
Today? I am a Narc’s worst nightmare. I can see straight through that BS.

And I have helped so many people do the same, understand what happened, heal from it and never get stuck again.
