LIFE CHANGING!🙌🏻

now after 6 months of getting my eyebrows permanently done — I can honestly say this is the best beauty hack I have EVER done and I wish I had done it soon!

I had contemplated getting my eyebrows done for YEARS because my eyebrows never grew in and I would draw them in every day…and they looked different every single day.😂😂😂

I wanted a soft look that looked natural, not drastic, subtle, yet complete! I knew the nano permanent eyebrows was what I was looking for and it changed my life lol.

I often times wear no makeup at all yet still look complete, the maintenance is pluming away the new growth and touching them up every other year and my getting ready time is cut down tremendously (because I’m not trying to be Picasso and draw eyebrows from nothing🤪).

I only share things I love and after 6 months, I only wish I had gotten them done years ago.

this has been one of my go-to favorite quick & easy breakfasts lately because of how creamy and delicious it is + it actually keeps me FULL, energized and satisfied for hours — without crashing with cravings, feeling hungry an hour later.

from stepping on her first board, grabbing that sail & catching her first wind in January until now…like as if this canadian kid is out here windsurfing in aruba. pinch me.🤙🏻🥹

✨ standing leg stabilizers — challenges the ankles, calves, glutes hips for better coordination + balance

it’s one exercise, with the combination of resistance, props, cresting shapes with the body and maxing out the time under tension that does it all.

Just me…showing up every day with a vision to create workouts that helped women feel strong, confident, connected, and supported from home.
