Нет стыковки внешнего и внутреннего.. Человек может быть сильно сконцентрирован на внешних процессах или на внутренних… Для того чтобы достигать цели нужна стыковка внешнего и внутреннего.

It is really difficult situation in the world. It is hard for people to handle it, it is difficult to understand what is real and what is not. I have many Russian friends who feel agitated, ashamed, not accepting the pain and feeling helpless.

This quote by Eckhart Tolle is coming to mind. We are responsible for our lives, for our well being. It is really hard to accept our helplessness and the processes that are much bigger than us.

When we start accepting these processes - it is becoming easier to see what exactly we can change and how we can help. We can stay realistic, we can help people in need with donations

Only when we are realistic and calm inside we can support people around us and make world a better place.
