People will gladly spend 600–1000 florins a month on dining out, partying, concerts, movies, alcohol, and weekend entertainment.
A dinner out, a beach day on Sunday, and a movie with junk food can easily cost 500 florins in a single weekend.
Yet many of the same people ask for discounts on personalized training, Zumba classes, gym memberships, coaching, or supplements.
It makes me wonder: where are our priorities?
The truth is that health is often seen as an expense, while entertainment is seen as a necessity.
In a few years, many who chose the convenient lifestyle that the modern world promotes like Ozempic, fast food, excessive partying, and unhealthy habits may find themselves spending thousands trying to regain the health they once took for granted.
Investing in your health today is far less expensive than paying for poor health tomorrow.
A sad reality, but a reality nonetheless.
