At East Wind Marine Services, we work closely with Arubaβs boating, fishing, and marine community, supporting customers both in our shop and around the marina.
Weβre looking for a reliable and customer-focused Marina & Retail Associate to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
This is a varied, all-around position combining retail, customer service, administration, and marina support. One moment you may be helping a customer in the shop or processing a sale, and the next you could be handling a marina reservation, answering an inquiry, helping with stock, or supporting the Dock Master with marina operations.
For the right person, itβs an opportunity to work in a friendly, hands-on environment where the days are varied and you get to be involved in different sides of the business. Youβll work directly with customers, learn more about marine products and marina operations, and be part of a team where everyone helps where needed.
