The Playground is ready for playtime. Before the doors open, everything is already in place.

Come see the place when it's quiet. WhatsApp +297 569 6009.

Every morning the gym wakes up: the lights come on, then the PC, the music, and definitely the coffee. The day's routines are set up and the floor is waiting for its jolly members.

E Playground ta kla pa playtime. Promé cu porta habri, e gym ta lanta: e lusnan ta sende, despues e compiuter, e música y sigur e koffie. E rutinanan di e dia ta kla poné y e floor ta warda su miembronan alegre. Bo mester solamente bini.

Handles down to ear height. That's where it hurts — and where it grows. Back on the pad, ribs down, full depth, press to lockout without shrugging. The range you avoid is the range you're missing.

Back knee almost to the floor on every rep. Every one. Half a lunge is half a leg — tall torso, breathe, down until the knee just about kisses the floor, drive up through the front heel.

Rango completo, e pia cu ta bai atras mester baha te ora e rudia ta casi casi touch e floor. Keda subi peso tanten cu bo no ta yega full, no nta traha e rango completo.

The guy or girl next to you has been training for five years. The athlete on your feed trains for a living, with a camera, a coach and the best ten seconds of the day. You've been training for five days. Comparing is reading your page 3 against their page 300 — same book, different chapter. Your only rival is last week's you.

Bo ritmo, bo caminda — no esun di bo bisiña, no esun di Instagram. Nos tey pa yuda bo.

Not everything here has a cable. Some days the plan is a ball, a step and a band — foam rollers, the hoop, Bosu, ab wheels, medicine balls, slam balls, stability balls, steps, bands and more. That wall is open gym: no booking, no extra charge.

¿Cuál no has tocado todavía?

Tur cos riba e muraya aki ta complementa bo training.

A strong back carries everything else — posture, the deadlift, the grocery bags, the long days at work. Lat pulldowns build it: pull, reset, pull again. Any day you build a strong back is a great day.

Sigui asina.

The shoulders don't move. Look again. Everyone rocks on the ropes; the wave comes from the arms and the body is the post. Stop rocking and it lasts half as long — and works twice as hard.

Purbe sigiente viaha y sinti e diferencia — e ta mas dificil di loke e ta parce.

Nobody got strong from one perfect session. People get strong from a simple one, repeated two hundred times. The plan you abandon in March loses to the plan you're still doing in November. Pick the one you'll repeat.

The best workout isn't the hardest one — it's the one you actually repeat. Consistency beats intensity every time. Don't chase the perfect session; build the one you can come back to on Tuesday, and Thursday, and next week.

Care for the cardio — treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, steppers all have computers inside. Towel down as you go: pooled sweat seeps in and kills the board. Wipe it after: spray the disinfectant ON the towel, then wipe the machine. Help us keep them running — for you.

Cuida e cardio, ta pa bo mes. Nos tey pa yuda bo.
