Effort-
Did you know two people could do the same exact movement, with the same identical form but yield completely different results??
Well there is an internal component to fitness that dictates how effective an exercise can be and that's Effort
Learning how to get the maximum benefit from an exercise program and by extension the individual exercises of said program, is key.
Don't just go through the motions, make them purposeful.

Good morning fitfam, this is your trainer here with a word of encouragement as you approach your fitness journey this week. For those who don't know me or my story I come from a background in competitive bodybuilding (hopefully I will be competing again all things equal). A field I have been in for roughly 15 years.
Now the photo on the left was taken at the 2012 Darcy Beckles Classic, which a local competition and I believe the worst I've ever looked on any stage and trust me I was demotivated, not very focused and very ill-disciplined with my diet especially. This slump lasted for about 5 years and during that period I was blacklisted, written off and honestly not taken seriously at all and I can't blame anyone. It is or was what it was.

Fast forward to the photo on the right which was taken approximately 2 weeks out from the very last competition I did in 2018. Clearly you can see a big difference, what changed..........just my mindset. At the end of the day we have to decide what it is we want and for me that was to be the best bodybuilder I could possibly be. Although I would have wasted 5 years out of that time I knew it was still possible. Once our mindset changes all of the things that do not align with our goals become irrelevant.

Now I know alot of you don't necessarily want to get into that extreme shape, then again maybe you do but for those who don't if you are here on my page you are more than likely seeking a source of motivation to spur you on as you work towards your individual fitness goals. Be it to lose 5lbs or 50, I'm here to encourage you that it can be done. Stay positive, stay focused and don't give up.

Hey you!!! Yeah you, are you tired of tiddling your thumbs desperately trying to figure out what works from what doesn't? Results come fast and furious when the effort you emit is guided in the right direction. I will work harder for you to ensure that we, yes you and I reach the goals you have set for yourself. All I ask is that you approach the process with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
So no more thinking about it, no more sieving through the vastttt amounts of information that is out there, no more excuses.......what better time is there than now.

Good morning fit fam, Trainer Broomes here with brief but insightful message as you begin to face this week. As a trainer we are expected to be that voice of reason and the persons to hold our clients accountable to their goals. It is our job to offer a constant supply of support and motivation to our clients. For the most part seeing that we are passionate about fitness, that is for the most part easy to do it as the client it is important to understand that this is your journey. In the wise words of Jim Rohn, "Society doesn't demand that you not have a heart attack, nor does it demand you jog around the block every morning, these you must demand of yourself."

Prepare, prepare, prepare to succeed or prepare to fail. As most of you should know proper nutrition is a major player in the weightloss equation and preparation is the most efficient step to ensure that any potential setbacks that occur along the way can be mitigated.
I can't stress this enough with my clients, so of course when I see them taking the time and making the necessry effort to prepare I gotta big them up ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฟ Great job ladies!!!! .0801@janieleek

So you wanna get fit, that's all fine and dandy but let me ask what's your plan? Goals are okay but without a sound plan set in place reaching it is going to be much more difficult than it needs to be. Don't be one of those people who gave up to soon because they didn't ensure they had a means of achieving their fitness goals. There are tons of fitness related material out there so do your research, ask questions and by all means go all the way and get it done.
