If you’re over 60 or you care about someone who is…then this one is for you.

The youngest person here is 63. The oldest is 83.

And I’m genuinely proud to train every single one of them.

These aren’t athletes. These are regular people who just decided they’re not done yet. They don’t want to depend on anybody to carry their bags, get out of a chair, or climb a flight of stairs.

That’s what this is really about.

Not looking good. Not showing off. Just staying capable.

Because here’s the truth — most people don’t get weak because they got old. They get weak because they stopped moving.

These people didn’t stop.

Independence after 60 isn’t a chance thing. It’s a choice. And they keep making that choice every single week.

The goal isn’t just live longer. It’s to stay capable while you do.

Anybody can count reps.

Not everybody can actually train you.

Same workout. Different routine.

Here’s why that matters.

You can train the same muscles, at the same intensity, for the same goal—without doing the same exercises.
Phil and Derek? Both over 60.

Both building strength.
But Phil has limitations Derek doesn’t have.

So while they’re chasing the same outcome, Phil’s using different variations.

Not easier. Not “modified for beginners.”
Just smarter for his body.

Here’s the reality— Most trainers hand you a program and expect your body to fit it.

Real training works the other way around.

Different angles. Different load patterns. Different tools.

Same intent. Same results.

Because at the end of the day forcing the same movement on different bodies isn’t coaching.

Adapting them is.

If you’ve ever felt like an exercise “isn’t for you”—
maybe it wasn’t.

Personal training should be personal.

That’s the difference between a program… and real coaching.
