When I day dreamed about having my own studio, I always imagined having a hanging sign above the door……and here it is!!! Thanks to for making us THEEEE most beautiful hanging sign.

So excited and grateful to have Georgia as Co-owner of the studio by my side through this journey. opening on May 28th ❤️

Monday 7.15am
Friday 8am

I will be limiting spaces to 12 per class, therefore booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot on the mat.

Who doesn’t love leg circles with a theraband???

Love adding this at the end of class, great for promoting mobility into the hip joint. Always feels dreamy, especially on the beach deck looking up at the stars as they begin to appear in the evening sky.
