All Resident of St. John are encouraged to join and if there is no active DEO in your area you are welcome to join us as well. The St.
John District Emergency Organisation (SJDEO) operates as the volunteer arm of the Department of Emergency Management, the agency responsible for the National Emergency Management System. This SJDEO is a non-political and non-religious organisation which is open to all persons living and operating business with in the parish at its environs. We provide education, training in all area of disaster management and response.
