Yin is by far our most popular class. In a world that is so fast paced, with all types of messages bombarding our daily lives, people need an escape, a release.
Yin yoga is such an incredibly powerful way to connect to your body and release all that doesn’t serve and we hold a class every Sunday at 9:30am.
When class is over, people leave feeling as though they’ve had a full body massage. Their minds are soft and clear, and they have connected to their bodies on a deeper level.

Meditation can seem like a daunting thing. There are lots of misconceptions about it, that can make it seem unattainable. But the truth is meditation is truly a practice that anyone can do. It’s not about completely silencing the mind, its about forging a relationship with it.
We have created two free and virtual offerings as a gift to our community. It’s so worth it to allow meditation into your life.

〰️ Free Daily Meditations. Mon - Fri at 5:45am for 15 minutes

Today we are honor ✨
This global pandemic is raising serious concerns for a silent emerging new pandemic, the mental health pandemic.
These times of uncertainty have taken a toll on three major areas of life - relationships, health and finances.
Collectively, we are suffering from worry, burn out, insomnia, anxiety, depression and fear.
The silver lining is that finally mental health is coming out of the closet. The shaming of those who have mental health struggles is diminishing as we globally see major efforts being made to end the silence. These times are calling us to change our perspectives on mental health.
The questions we need to be able to answer are as follows 〰️
How can I recognise mental health challenges in myself and others?
How can I support my family, friends and work colleagues who may be struggling?
How can I reach a place of calmness and balance with all that is going on around us?

It’s not just a stat 1 in 5, it’s the 5 in 5 who all have mental health that needs love and care. To honour our commitment to mental health in Barbados we are offering the following free classes and workshop
