It was the brain child of David Harris who at that time was a teacher at the
St Giles Primary School. The following persons formed the nucleus of the first Fast Loopers Club: Trevor Farley, Robert Roberts, Allan Howard, Orlanda St .Hill and Paul Greaves. Evon Walkes friend and mentor of the children was the first manager. The team was formed mainly to enrich the youth component of B.T.T.A
