I'm trying to get mum on beastmode level. So I turned up the intensity a bit today. Here is the workout she did listed below 👇🏽
20 seconds on 10 seconds off. We only got 3 rounds but aiming for more tomorrow. She started with a 5 minute treadmill run before starting and upon completing the circuit finish with a 10 minute cool down walk.

* Jump squat to med ball push
* Db bridge press
* Barbell should press
* Knee tucks
* Straight leg kicks
* Leg lifts
* Side step punches
* Db row to kickback

The following circuit specifically focused on the abdominal muscles as the well back extensor muscles. While this it is not the hardest , it still felt great due to there being no rest between exercises.

For this circuit I started with a sprint on the treadmill at the speed of 10 for 30 seconds.

Directly after I did 5 ab exercises for 20 seconds each , moving from one to the next without rest. Once I completed all 5 exercises I rested for 45 seconds. I did a total of 5 rounds. Exercises listed below. 👇🏽

* V sit hold
* Elbow plank walk out
* Dumbbell single arm punches
* Crunch to knee crunch
* Superman hold
