After freediving right through pregnancy even up to the day before birth it’s been strange to not go in the sea these last two weeks. Think it’s time to renter the ocean again with my new respect for Motherhood 🙏 And y’all all know I’m super excited to bring my baby girl into the sea with me too ☀️

Been working on getting enough lionfish for the upcoming event for their Slow Fish promotion! Wednesday was my last spear though , I think I better take it a bit more easy now haha I feel fine diving but get really tiered afterwards. Can’t believe I’m 9 months pregnant now! Anti gravity in the water with this front on shot I don’t even look it 💦 Thanks so much to all my buddies for coming out and helping with the lionfish cull and for being my safeties. Took me aback the other day to look around the water at this awesome group of people I have around me now in this great freediving community we built together. Love you all always 💙

Where it’s going, How it started 🌀 Bit of a swell, not much sunlight, murky and greenish water but damn I really enjoyed this dive! Didn’t even bother with a wetsuit or weights or anything -it felt so good to just take my mask and fins and go.. I love teaching! But it’s always so much gear ya gota lug around so it has been nice to just walk out the door with the basics 😎👌 Was a bit hard to get a good bubble ring tho when ur super bouyant and no weights! Haha first one broke but the second was sweet
