Today was my first Park Run in over 18 months 👟

Did I run the whole thing? No.
I had to run and walk.
Did I feel out of condition? Absolutely.

But I showed up, kept going and finished it đź’Ş

And that is exactly what I want women over 50 to remember:
Fitness is not about perfection.
It is about consistency, confidence and refusing to give up on yourself.
Every walk counts.
Every slow jog counts.
Every step forward matters.

You are never “too old”, “too unfit” or “too late” to begin again ✨
