Yesterday was my official last day at Hyuna International Ltd. The last five years have played an integral part in who I am as an HR Professional today. I have met so many beautiful people who really have a desire to learn and grow in their careers. Such giving hearts and creative minds should not go unnoticed, they will forever be etched in my mind and heart.

You never know the impact you have made on someone's life until you see or hear it and I have been flooded with messages that have brought a flood of emotions beyond belief. I leave Hyuna with a heart full of gratitude for the opportunity to work with such amazing people. Thank you for being a part of my life and teaching me so much. I know more about the tech industry than I did when I walked through those doors in December 2015 and I have become a better HR Pro for it.

As I move on to my new roles I do so knowing that whatever I bring to the table could not be possible without this experience and the people who made me who I am along the way.

I am super excited about my first international Keynote speaking engagement 🥳. I will be speaking about Agile HR and the future of work at the International Congress of Human Resources, Colombia and the region: towards a new culture of labor relations. In the words of my introvert sister , I am saying yes and figuring it out along the way. Septemnbet 24th this is going down. and .boo1 I need a few Spanish words to drop in this keynote...🙂 who would have thought this island girl, would be sharing viewpoints on progressive HR on a global stage 🤷🏽‍♀️ Barbados to the world... My next keynote is in Russia stay tuned...
