“Interesting part, very tricky geometry!” This project is to repair a broken bracket that needed bridge pieces to be made up to connect the different parts. I hope you find the process interesting and like the video. Most importantly, it worked!

PROJECT: The customer wants to mount an electronic unit in an overhead panel in their car, at about the angle shown in the first photo.
SOLUTION: Design a bracket to match the space in the overhead panel and set the electronic unit at the right angle in the bracket. Add some mounts and print it!

This job was a little different. The customer had a broken wooden part that needed to be duplicated. We used that as the master to create a silicone mold and then used that to cast the duplicates. Came out as perfect clones!

This combo helical-spur gear is made in polycarbonate, which is a new material in our lineup. It's expensive but for demanding industrial applications that need rigidity, high strength, high temperature and good impact resistance, it's the one to choose!

This part (what do you call that thing?) broke and with no spares available we designed and replaced it with a 3d printed version. It works well and seems a lot tougher and more durable than the original!

Which is the original and which is the mirrored part?
As well as recreating components from broken pieces we can create the 'opposite hand' when one is lost. Either way we'll get you up and running fast and cost effectively!

These are striker plates for aluminium framed doors. Apparently they aren't available from hardware stores so we helped a customer in need. The feedback was very positive!
