Here’s how you can get started:
• Members: Add UNLIMITED classes to your membership for just BBD $60/month
• Non-members: BBD $37 per class
⚠️ Spots are limited. Unlimited class packages must be purchased in person. Classes can be booked in person or by calling the front desk at (246) 537-7788.

PEACH CLUB
Reggaetón music to drive our glute burn station camp
Hypertrophy + Banded Work + Core

YOGALATES
Stretch, Strengthen, Reset.
Coming off the bike or just ending a long day? Join us for Yogalates, a 45-minute fusion of Yoga and Pilates combining mindful movement, core strengthening, and flexibility training. The perfect functional recovery to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

WEEKEND WARMUP
A feel-good Saturday sweat with motivating music, strong coaching, and great weekend vibes.

STEP
An upbeat cardio step class combining rhythmic choreography and lower-body strength for endurance, coordination, and calorie burn.

SPIN
An energizing rhythm-driven cycling workout with coached intervals and resistance climbs for a powerful cardio challenge.

GLUTE CAMP
Lower body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and grow your glutes. Using bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises, you'll target every angle of your glutes while improving strength, endurance, and stability. Suitable for all fitness levels. Come ready to sweat, feel the burn, and build stronger glutes!

BOOTCAMP
A powerful full-body workout featuring battle ropes, ball slams, and athletic drills to build strength and grit.

RAW RHYTHM
A high-energy, soca-powered, Zumba-style class designed to make you sweat, move, and have fun
