Friday - 6pm beginners
Friday - 7 pm choreography/floorwork

sunday - 10am flexibility

Pole sign up has started for the New year session. January 23rd starts the session off it is $185 for 6 weeks which includes pole once a week as well as a free flexibility class every other sunday at 10am-1045am then a free open pole class for practice at 1045-1130am.
