Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire gelatin production process ensuring smooth operation.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality.
- Assist in designing and optimizing production equipment and process flow.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in gelatin processing stages (acidulation, extraction, filtration, evaporation, drying).
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and production teams for continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate production data.
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:

Skills:

Factory Visit Report

Visitor: Mr. Md. Halimuzzaman
Designation: DMD & CEO, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (HPL)
Factory Visited: Global Capsules Ltd.
Visit Summary:
Mr. Md. Halimuzzaman visited the Global Capsules factory on 07 July 2025. Upon arrival, he was warmly welcomed by the management team. The visit began with a brief presentation on the company's background, production capacity, product range, and compliance status.
Following the briefing, he was given a guided tour of the facility, including:
- Raw Material Warehouse
- Gelatin Preparation Area
- Encapsulation & Drying Sections
During the tour, Mr. Halimuzzaman showed keen interest in the capsule shell manufacturing process and appreciated the GMP-compliant layout and hygiene standards maintained throughout the facility.
The visit was successful and productive. Mr. Halimuzzaman expressed his appreciation for the factory's capabilities and encouraged the team to continue striving for excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
