Registration for Raise the Bat's second annual tape-ball cricket league is now open!

Everybody must register using the link below. As a reminder, current high school and college students are free. Limited early bird tickets are available for experienced players!

Raise the Bat - New York City (Season 2)

Raise the Bat is getting ready to return for its second season in NYC! Stay tuned for more information on how to sign-up for the 2019 summer tournament.

If you have suggestions for us, feel free to comment on this post (or send us a direct message) with what you would like to see more/less of this season.

Thank you to those who have been part of the inaugural season of Raise the Bat. Over the course of seven weeks, 49 of us played 14 matches, bowled 1,539 balls, scored 2,612 runs for the loss of 92 wickets.

Most importantly, every game was closely contested with both high-scoring thrillers and low-scoring games that went to the last over. Congratulations to the Sultans of Swing for being our first-ever champions!

Finals Day is upon us! Raise the Bat's inaugural summer tournament is culminating this Friday, August 17 at Battery Park City Ballfields.

We had Round 3 of Raise the Bat's inaugural league this past weekend. The round saw two convincing displays (all information including scorecards can be found here: https://cricclubs.com/RaisetheBat). Photos to follow soon.

For Round 4, we will be back on our Friday schedule. The first game will start at 5 pm and the second at 6:45 pm. Come support your friends and family at Battery Park City Ballfields!

Raise the Bat Raise the Bat is a tape-ball cricket league that promotes friendly but competitive cricket and encourages mentorship in local communities.
