Here is a Healthy + Quick + TASTY option for lunch!
If you are too lazy or bored of eating the conventional rice and curry menu everyday then here's the fix.
Sautè your dry veges in ghee with some onions + chili + garlic and then add on the rice.
Next, shred up the meat and mix it in. Add gravy based on the level of moisture you require!
And voila you're done!
My one here has👇
- carrots 🥕
- beetroot
- beans
- mutton🥩
This definitely has to be one of my favourite stretches as it targets your whole body and is quite simple to do!
Never be lazy to stretch as stretching relaxes muscles and reduces chances of cramps and injury.

Halasana (Plow Pose)
This is the one which helps relieve back pains and improves the digestive system. It also enhances blood circulation and strengthens the immune system.
It's taken me weeks to be steady in this posture. Practicing this posture had me rolling over comically like a panda several times but I'm super glad with the progress!

🚫Firstly I do not believe in the concept of CHEAT MEALS at all!!!🚫
Healthy living should be about eating what you love BUT of course in the right quantity!
Healthy living includes your mental wellness as well and there's absolutely no good that comes from excessively restricting yourself for 6 days and then going berserk on 1 day!
So last night I was in the pizzas/burgers dilemma, and I finally decided why not BOTH!!!
So how did I control myself?
- 1 slice of pizza🍕
- Half a burger 🍔
Remember!
Eat what you love... just don't OVEREAT!!!!!

Many of us began this year hoping things would ease out and that we'd move towards normalcy. Instead, 2021 has proven to be a greater test of patience, mental strength and faith.
The months that have passed haven't been my favourite and I'd choose to delete them if I could - but that's not how life works, right⁉️
Why do we humans always focus on the few things that aren't working for us instead of being grateful for the many things that actually are⁉️
So over these months I've taught myself to say:"IT'S OKAY!!"
😊IT'S OKAY if things aren't going exactly planned
😊IT'S OKAY to sometimes be unproductive!
😊IT'S OKAY if life seems to have hit the pause button.
❌ But what's not okay is burden oneself with things beyond control❌ Sometimes the toughest thing to do is to patiently wait🙏
So while you wait; smile my dear ones😊

Chakrasana (The wheel Pose)
Yoga is an amazing form of exercise as it improves your breathing, flexibility and strength.
Yoga however is NOT my main form of exercise but I try to slot in a bit of it on my rest days. It greatly helps with relaxing the muscles and calming the mind.
If you are the kind of person who doesn't like getting all sweaty and pumped up then yoga should definitely be your main form of exercise.
Exercising is very important so always remember to choose the form that you genuinely enjoy💖
