l Azam took the initiative to turn this barren land into a Golf course. His brainchild came into being on 22 April 02 while he inaugurated the Three-hole Golf Course on that day. Later on, under his able guidance and all out effort of the local commanders and all members of the BAF Base Zahurul Haque, this has been turned into a unique Nine-hole Golf Course for which all of us, specially in Chittagong area, feel proud of. It is an approach to the Shah Amanat International Airport, a place to pass quality time, Place to get the glimpse of divine eternity. Present club house was inaugurated by the chief of the Air Staff on 16 September 2005. We feel delighted to inform you that in the last 01 year (2013-14) significant developments have been made to improve this golf course. It has now become a place of magnificent scenic beauty; one feels the aura and grace of nature stretching to eternity. It is no doubt a step forward in pioneering Golf in Bangladesh.
