From 2020 till today, Mashrafi Tasnim Turja aka MASH has been an irreplaceable part of Inertia Esports not just as a Team Manager, but as the backbone of our journey.
Behind every roster move, every tough call, every moment of stability, there was MASH. Your dedication, leadership, and belief in the team helped shape Inertia into what it is today. You managed more than players, you managed trust, pressure, and a family.
Saying goodbye is hard, but we’re grateful for every moment, every sacrifice, and every memory you’ve given us over the years.

INTRODUCING A NEW CHAPTER
After six incredible months with INES, we’re proud to announce that Rafi Islam is officially taking over the ownership of Inertia E-Sports.
Following his recent success with the 4OK roster in PMRS, Rafi bhai is stepping in with a vision to bring INES back to its former glory.
Tear bhai has been a well-wisher since our return to esports and will always remain a part of this family. INES will always be his home and we are truly grateful for everything he has contributed to our journey.
This leadership will continue until Tear Bhai decides to make his comeback and rejoin the venture again.
This is just the first move.
