Building Stronger, Healthier and Happier Children Through Movement
From our many years of training experience, we have observed that many children today are becoming physically less active and weaker than before. This can gradually affect their energy, concentration, confidence and overall enthusiasm for physical activities.
That is why Southern Shaolin Association Bangladesh has decided to introduce regular Animal Movement Training for our young students. Through movements inspired by different animals, children will develop their strength, balance, coordination, agility, flexibility and body control in a fun and engaging way.
Our experience has also shown that children naturally enjoy these types of movements. When exercise feels like play, they become more enthusiastic about participating, learning and challenging themselves.
Today’s training focused on the Seal Walk, a fun movement that helps children develop lower body strength, coordination, balance and body control while keeping the training enjoyable.
Strong body, active mind and happy learning. This is what we aim to build through our training.
