Asian Masters & Open Classic Powerlifting Championships 2025, Istanbul, Turkey
Shammi Nasrin achieved overall Gold in women masters 2 - 63kg. She also got Golds in Squat & Deadlift and Bronze in Benchpress!
Md Atiqur Rahman achieved overall Silver in menâs master 1 - 83kg. He got Silver in Squat, Benchpress and Deadlift.

FitGuru 2025 is officially over and what an incredible event it has been! đĒ
First and foremost, a huge shoutout to all the athletes who stepped onto the platform. Whether you hit a new PR or are already planning your comeback for next time, your effort, discipline, and passion made this championship what it was. đ

IPF Rules for Attempt Cards & Starting Weights
The lifter will receive âblankâ attempt cards (three for squat, three for bench press, five for deadlift) .
At weigh-in, the lifter (or coach) must declare a first attempt weight for each of the three lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift). These weights must be entered on the appropriate first attempt card and signed.
After a first attempt is submitted and the lifter has taken it, the lifter or coach must submit weights for the second and third attempts within one minute of completing the preceding attempt.
After the first round, weights for second and (in squat/bench) third round attempts cannot be changed once submitted.
Exception: In the third round of the deadlift, a lifter may make up to two changes on the submitted third-attempt weight (provided the bar has not yet been loaded to the previously submitted weight).
If a lifter does not submit a weight within the one-minute time limit for a further attempt, specific loading rules apply (e.g., if the previous attempt failed and no new weight is submitted, the bar may be loaded to the previous failed weight. Or if the lift was a success and no new weight was submitted 2.5 kg increment will automatically be added to the weight).
