The wait is finally over, after 3 long years St.Gregory’s High school and college is organising the biggest basketball event of the year “Teachers memorial Basketball tournament 2022”. This year our Title sponsor is City Group who have always sponsored us in various events of our school. We would also like to thank Faisal Azim bhai and The Gregorian Society - TGS for their relentless contribution throughout the years. Our past tournaments wouldn’t have been a huge success without the support of our sponsors and specially Faisal bhai who has been with us from our beginning days as a mentor and a great leader.

We are inviting all the Gregorian’s to come and enjoy this joyous event and experience the best of basketball players in the country.

Registration notice for Teachers Memorial Basketment Tournament 2022 .

The Gregorian Society is proud to become the official jersey sponsor of Bangladesh Youth Rugby team. The team, comprising of fourteen players will be participating in Asia Rugby Seven Trophy 2022 to be held at Kathmundu, Nepal from 10th to 11th December. Thirteen out of these fourteen players are Gregorians.

Rugby is one of the most popular close-contact team sports across the globe. St. Gregory's High School & College has been playing an indispensable role to popularize Rugby in Bangladesh. On behalf of the Gregorian alumni, we wish our National Rugby team all the best!

September 3 is the feast day of St. Gregory, the great Pope and the chief patron of St. Gregory's High School and College, Dhaka. The institution observes its patronage feast day on September 3. The school was founded in 1882 by Father Gregory De Groote, a Belgian Benedictine priest. Since then, St. Gregory's High School and College have become a name of tradition and glory. From 1882 to 2022, it has been a legacy of leadership. St. Gregory's has now stepped into its third century, second millennium and one hundred and forty years. Happy 140th Anniversary to our beloved Alma Mater.

ফারহান এর জন্য আমরা

সুলাইমান আহম্মেদ ফারহান সেন্ট গ্রেগরীজ হাই স্কুল অ্যান্ড কলেজের দ্বিতীয় শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থী। সে অ্যাপ্লাস্টিক অ্যানিমিয়ায় আক্রান্ত হয়ে গত দুই মাস যাবৎ হাসপাতালে ভর্তি। ফারহানের বোনম্যারো থেকে রক্ত উৎপাদন সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। প্রতি সপ্তাহে তাকে দুই থেকে তিন ব্যাগ প্লাটিলেট দিতে হচ্ছে। ভারতে উন্নত চিকিৎসার জন্য নিয়ে যাওয়া এবং সার্বিক চিকিৎসা পরিচালনা করতে প্রায় ৪০ - ৪৫ লক্ষ টাকা প্রয়োজন। এই অত্যন্ত ব্যয়বহুল চিকিৎসার খরচ বহন করা তাঁর পরিবারের পক্ষে সম্ভব হচ্ছে না। তাঁর পরিবারের তরফ থেকে গ্রেগরীয়ানদের কাছে সহায়তা প্রার্থনা করা হয়েছে। আমরা যার যার অবস্থান থেকে সাধ্যমত ফারহানের চিকিৎসায় সহায়তার জন্য এগিয়ে আসার অনুরোধ করছি।
