Team Registration Requirements

Before registering for SFC Championship Season 5, each team must ensure the following details and documents are prepared:
1. Team Name (Mandatory)
• Every team must have a unique and official team name.
2. Team Logo (Photo) (Mandatory)
• Submit a clear image of your official team logo during registration.
3. Team Jersey (Recommended)
• Teams are encouraged to wear matching jerseys for better coordination and presentation.
(Not mandatory but highly appreciated.)
4. Player Details (Mandatory)
• Submit the full name and age of each registered player.
5. Date of Birth Documents (Mandatory)
• Team captains must collect and submit valid proof of date of birth for all players.
6. Team Group Photo (Mandatory)
• A group photo will be taken by the event photographer on-site.
• Please ensure all players are present and in uniform at the time of the photo session.

Age Limit: Under 26 (Maximum 2–3 players may exceed the age limit; valid photo ID required)
Total Teams: 18 (6 Groups × 3 Teams Each)

📋 REGISTRATION DETAILS
• Entry Fee: 5000 BDT per team
• 50% (2500 BDT) must be paid by 30 November 2025
• Remaining balance to be cleared before the team’s first match
• Payment Method:

Size: Maximum 10 players per team
• One player is permitted to represent only one team

🏆 PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

• Champions: 14,000 BDT + Grand Trophy + 10 Medals
• Runners-Up: 7,000 BDT + Trophy + 10 Medals

If 12 Teams Participate:
• Champions: 20,000 BDT + Grand Trophy + 10 Medals
• Runners-Up: 10,000 BDT + Trophy + 10 Medals

Individual Awards:
• Most Valuable Player (MVP)
• Best Goalkeeper (Decided from Semi-Final & Final)
• Top Scorer (Decided from Semi-Final & Final)

📅 TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Group Stage → Quarter Final → Semi Final → Final
• From each group of 3 teams, top 2 teams qualify for the Quarter-Final
• From each Quarter-Final, 1 team qualifies for the Semi-Final
• Semi-Final winners advance to the Final

⏱ MATCH DURATION
• Group Stage: 8 minutes
• Quarter-Final: 10 minutes
• Semi-Final: 12 minutes
• Final: 15 minutes

📜 RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Any objection regarding a player or team must be raised before kickoff.
(No objections will be accepted once the match begins.)
2. Format: 6-a-side, maximum 10-man squad, rolling substitutions allowed.
3. No penalties in group-stage matches.
4. Players must not wear boots — turf shoes or sneakers only.
5. Teams must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
6. If a team fails to appear on time, the opponent receives a 3–0 walkover victory.
7. In case of a tie on points:
• Goal Difference will determine qualification.
• If still tied, card count & match behavior will be considered.
• If still unresolved, a 3-shot penalty tie-breaker will take place.
8. Referee’s decision is final.
• Any argument, abusive language, or unsporting behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
9. No negotiations or complaints regarding tournament format will be entertained.
10. All rules will be strictly enforced to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable tournament experience.
